nothing, $10 Udemy courses are more comprehensive and valuable than their training

Cons

no job guarantee, after training you need to interview with their "pipeline" clients, some required live coding and system design. over advertise, the training is almost 6 months, not 12 weeks. no PTO even one day. very low pay.

Cons

I have a bachelor's in computer science. During the first week of the bootcamp, Smoothstack crammed a semester's worth of object-oriented programming into the first week. People with zero programming experience are not expected to survive here, and are made to feel terrible about themselves through no fault of their own.

-Pretty easy to guarantee a position if you work for it -they give you a lot of the skills to get jobs

Cons

-Stuck in a hefty contract for 2-2.5 years -No pto -pay is not up to industry standard
