Good place to work

Pros

Great company culture, tight-nit teams, amazing people. Crunch is strongly discouraged. If there is a crunch for a deadline, the team gets time off after it is met to compensate for any overtime they may have had to do. Job security is a huge plus here.

Cons

Pay is lower than average for the industry. Raises don't seem to be a priority. As mentioned above job security is a plus, but it goes so far some people take advantage of it by doing the absolute minimum amount of work possible and are somehow still employed, while this may seem like a pro to some, it sucks having that person on your team.

Pros

Talented people you work with.

Cons

Higher management can often be a problem, especially HR. Promises are not delivered. Sudden letting go of people without last months salary. They will find excuse not to pay performance salary either.
