It starts with the CEO who is an egomaniacal jerk. Heidy, the CFO is completely incompetent. They are just milking Ark until they run it into the ground.

- people on the ground are great - wide access to learning and getting hands dirty because USA side is small

Cons

- poor executive leadership, for example - being punished for prioritizing industry compliance or player focus over leadership desires - no resources provided - not enough people, expect to do 3 jobs - poor data security - recommendations regularly ignored - plans never matter, executive leadership changes them daily
