Pros

Its an ok place to get started in the games industry. Allowed me to get my foot in the door and move on to bigger and better things after.

Cons

Poor management by overseas executives. Unclear goals and objectives. Heavy micromanagement by foreign corporate office. Games are not great and difficult to work on. Pay was not great, but it may have changed since I was there.

Pros

-Extremely understanding of time off, great COVID response (working from home, lending out equipment needed to carry out job duties). -The company is extremely open to diversity.

Cons

-Company owner imposes his gameplay preferences into game development over player & developer feedback and also makes last minute decisions (even sometimes going back on prevoius decision) -The company doesn't employ enough QA to address long-standing bugs and balance in many of its products. -Health Insurance premiums increased without notifying employees (used to be no cost to employee. Same plan now costs around $200 a month) -Company lags on performance reviews, still no raise or mention of raise here. -Upper Managment has poor people skills. Some do not acknowledge the employees, some can be argumentive. -Products continued to be sold even though they lack proper support.
