Necessary product needed by many people. Decent snacks in breakroom.

Cons

Not the brightest group of people. If you're smart you'll stick out like a sore thumb, and not in a good way. Management feels threatened by intelligent people and rather than support and encourage you, they'll find a way to pigeon hole you and keep you down. I saw lots of good people leave on their own or get shown the door while the simpletons stayed.

Snap has a great company culture and the services provided help customers in need. Employees are bought in to the vision of Leadership and work together to achieve goals.

Cons

Typical growing pains that come along with a smaller organization focusing on growth, but no major downsides come to mind.
