Pros

I read all these glowing reviews and wondered, do we even work at the same company? There are so many good things at Snap. There are sincere, good people who work hard and mean well. I believe our founder and former CEO believed in the mission and company culture and a few leaders have tried to keep it going. I think some teams do invest in their people, giving them opportunities to grow and advance.

Cons

There are huge disparities between teams and departments in management styles, flexibility, and growth opportunities. Depending on your team, you might be doomed. Toxic management is tolerated, even celebrated. Current CEO is soulless and arrogant. I worry where the company is heading under his direction.

Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to meet incredible people who have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I truly enjoy working in an environment where hard work is recognized, and I’ve been able to make a positive impact—especially during my time as a supervisor. The supportive and collaborative culture across teams makes the day-to-day work more meaningful and fulfilling.

Cons

At times, communication between departments or leadership levels can lack clarity or timeliness. I believe feedback from frontline agents should be heard more consistently, as they carry one of the most important and demanding roles in the company. While leadership does a great job overall, there’s still room to strengthen that connection and continuous feedback loop.
