Great company, great benefits, everyone is eager to help and make you successful. Not micromanaged. Receive constant support and sales material

Cons

Must be self motivated. Sales fluctuate with the season. No office environment - you work on your own

A lot of travel within your field group. Lot of nights spent in hotel rooms.
