Pros

Top notch training is provided with your franchise fee. Product is second to none Annual sales conference, although on your own dime is well worth it

Cons

Management wants you to buy everything regardless of what you feel is good for you business. They don't seem to care about your business as long as you are spending money. Great company to buy stocks in, horrible franchise investment

Pros

You meet alot of great people like your franchisee that are real people.

Cons

When i first started it used to be a great position now its all about micro management. The company is looking for a 10% year over year growth, its none stop with(go gets) different promotions .
