Pros

We get to sell great software and the coworkers and internal team is great. Direct managers are very friendly.

Cons

They are old school. NO remote work and if you work overtime there is NO comp time

Good commission/easy to hit. Benefits Pension Almost your own boss Good people

Cons

Capped commission structure. Low base salary No real opportunities to move up and make more money if you are a good sales manager. Can be long hours depending on your route Management not quite in touch with the sales people A bit difficult to manage inventory

easy work, good co-workers, good healthcare benefits.

Cons

he competition is getting very good and will eat our lunch soon. The company doesn't live up to the mottos. The company is not interested in compensating for hard work and so everyone gets very lazy and does the bare minimum. There is no incentive to do good work or to do more. They keep losing people and piling their work onto others who aren't getting more pay for the added responsibility. They can't fill positions at all levels because the company is unwilling to pay competitively.
