Pros

It’s a fun place to work, obviously great tools and great people working around you.

Cons

I was set to get a bonus before I resigned and apparently there’s a policy that you forfeit your commission you earned. 1 million dollars of tool boxes I sold this quarter and ZERO in bonus to show for it! This is the second bonus they failed me on as I didn’t receive one after being promoted. Snap-on doesn’t seem to care how hard you work to make them successful. Rarely are you commended for your efforts if at all. Long hours, lots of travel and underpaid even before any bonuses come into play. Lots of turnover for a reason!
