There is a somewhat flexible schedule. The people are very smart. The products themselves are interesting and fun. One can learn a lot in this company.

Cons

There are a lot of politics at the management levels as well as territory wars, which can make it tough to get work done.

Management and executives are out of touch with employees, perfectly willing to take advantage of your skills with little compensation. Employees have deer-in-headlights response to poor leadership, scared into remaining cogs in the wheels of their executive's profits. Not human-centered at all despite the content of Snapfish products. Shame-worthy CEO.
