Startup feeling - but a large and profitable business Dedicated, creative employees Work/Life Balance Top internet commerce site US & International Great new head of Product SF location

Cons

Victim of neglect under previous leadership and HP Site experience hasn't changed in years and the platform is poor HP presently investing but HP is a mess and only understands large customers, not consumers Lack of information and tools to do the job Support functions from HP believe they are the police to monitor and find issues, not there to help the business No one at HP understands Snapfish and recent changes at HP reduce SF as a priority Too much energy spent managing HP that should be spent on the Snapfish business
