Pros

People were really nice and understanding. Good pay too and accommodating for shifts.

Cons

The long standing hours makes your back hurt. It takes about a week to get used to it.

Pros

Snapfish is a very vertical organization within HP, you get to experience the a very dynamic and constantly changing environment while being part of a solid structured company as HP. It's a very result driven organization, you can come to the office on a later time, work from home and dress as you wish but you need to get your numbers right. I work for Snapfish EMEA which is internationally structured with a lot of young driven people, in an environment which is pretty different than the overall HP corporate.

Cons

Too much focus on the US from Senior Management, International countries have always lower priority. A lot of remote working that sometimes can be frustrating. HP processes and freezes makes everything more rigid (platform, hiring, transferring, travelling) and this is a massive limit for an online business.

Pros

Good people, focused on customer experience and being competitive in the industry, continually innovating new promotions and products. Lots of projects to juggle (good if you like continual change.)

Cons

Chaotic, too many changes happening at times although that is the nature of online media. Lack of solid leadership in some management roles. Very little recognition and acknowledgement of personal contributions and work.
