- Below the market pay - Not much transparency within management - Nepotism. CEO and Senior leadership are all from Chicago and continues to hire from Chicago

The only thing I liked about working here was my schedule!

Cons

No raises or bonuses since District Photo bought this Co! Mgmt. should care more about their employees and retaining them. New CEO is bringing his former employees from Walgreens and not promoting current Snapfish employees. Many customers did not receive their orders in time for the 2016 Christmas holiday which resulted in angry FB post and tons of returns! I was not proud to work here!

Highly political, missing strategy

Pros

Lovely people who are generally committed to their jobs. Helping people create things with their photos can be really fun. Lots of opportunity for success here

Cons

Way too political. Decisions not really based on data. When competing factions raise issues, the loudest really gets the cake No real vision means no strategy which reinforces the above operations.
