Nice cooworkers Can work from home

Cons

Salary sucks and is varies wildly. No real plan/vision Culture of blame (other groups) No cooperation between Marketing and other groups. Head of marketing, a lot of ego and not much substance. New management disapproves at people working from home, but that is one of the few things that people enjoy about working here.

Over the past year, deliberate steps have improved employee morale, customer satisfaction and sales. Leadership is aligned, the strategy is clear and the company is experiencing very positive results. The company is investing in technology, employees, and customer care. The Snapfish future is looking very bright.

Cons

Snapfish is an established company with a mature product. The growth experienced here may not match the steep growth and innovation experienced at a startup.
