good brand name recognition - market leader?

terrible middle management - some SDR managers are really green (have less exp than AE or some older SDR's). this is really more so the Denver office so can't really speak to HQ/others. If you get stuck with a beta manager then good luck! He likes to cold call his own reps out of the blue to check up on you and micromanage so make sure you respond in a very timely matter. METRICS METRICS EMAILS CALLS make sure you got 'em no excuse
