      Pros

      Training, office environment, catered lunch daily, lots of flexibility. It’s an overall great place to work.

      Cons

      Quotas do not take the types of accounts you are prospecting into consideration. Example: an SDR prospecting only new logos will have nearly the same quota as an SDR prospecting existing customer accounts.

      Loved the people that I worked with and the team that I was on

      Cons

      Stayed in an SDR position for way too long. Even tried to go through two job processes in the company that I was fully qualified for and both of them made it to the final round and then did not get the role.

      Great comp, good management, smart people

      1. Comp is pretty high, depending on the stock price. In downturns, they issue more stock to increase comp. 2. Really smart people (especially amongst senior engineers and product). Sales org is wildly good too. 3. CEO is awesome, fun to work under.

      Cons

      Orgs like HR can feel a little old, like you're working for a 100 year old company rather than a 10 year old one.
