      Pros

      Great technology and product, rapidly growing with lots of opportunities, generally very open culture.

      Cons

      Culture can be very team dependent. Some teams have great managers and great culture/work life balance. But there are some teams where senior leaders have hired their previous managers and co workers, given them senior management or technical positions above where they should be.

      Pros

      Everyone cares about moving the needle for the business. It's great that no one feels like they're just a cog in the wheel.

      Cons

      Company tends to use a lot of agency talent and not very open about expectations for promotion and climbing that "corporate ladder". The company is also move a million miles per hour, and tend to hire top heavy, industry seasoned people. However, much of the heavy lifting for programs that needs to be done has to be completed by these seasoned people, versus they should consider hiring younger/less experienced talent to nurture, so managers can focus on business/program challenges than day-to-day tasks.
