      Pros

      Snowflake is an outstanding company, especially at the Amsterdam hub, where the facilities are top-notch, and the management is genuinely caring, focusing on each individual’s growth and well-being. The working conditions are excellent, and the team consists of supportive, talented people who are genuinely invested in each other’s success.

      Cons

      At the moment, I don’t see any significant drawbacks. However, career progression may largely depend on the individual’s initiative; employees are expected to actively drive their growth and have a clear idea of their career aspirations.
