      Pros

      The salaries are similar to other big tech companies in Warsaw. The peers are usually very smart, technologies are modern (at least in my project). Trips to the US are twice a year and paid by company.

      - Performance review every 3 months, you have to work hard. - Participation in oncall. - The stock is failing these days.
