- The people, the vibe, the work hard / play hard mentality it's highly addictive. - The product is best in class and nothing but phenomenal. - You get to work with some of the most talented individuals within their respective fields. - Great opportunities if you dare to seize them and work hard to get there! - Outstanding benefits.

Cons

Since I have to mention one i'd say that due to the high growth, it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with all of the new faces you come across in the various offices.

Great culture and atmosphere in the London office. Management work you hard and you are expected to deliver but you are always treated professionally. No bullying culture or abuse. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. No business prevention officers. The product is amazing, market leading and getting better all the time. It’s an incredible, interesting market opportunity and top sales people are making a lot of money. MEDDPICC sales methodology. Great enablement.

Cons

It’s not an easy ride (but then would you want it to be?) Long hours required.
