      Haven't been here too long but the environment felt amazing before I was even hired (attended an open house). The people here both smart and personable. So many opportunities to figure out where you want to be in the next 5 years

      *Expected the pay to be a little higher *Fast growing company, so still some issues with consistency

      innovative company and good benefits. IPO coming soon (everyone hanging on for that reason only)

      Not the same environment since Bob left and new management changes all came on-- PLENTY of cronyism. Goes to show you dont need to know how to do the job to get a high position title job, you just need to know the right people. Upper management treats team poorly purely because of their higher standings-- if you want to get verbally abuse everyday, this is the place. Current leadership does not align with the company culture at all. Beware joining, it looks better on the outside than it really is on the inside
