      Pros

      Industry defining product. And Slootman is a great visionary leader. However, he has a lot of work to do as the legacy leadership is not fully bought into his vision (by action) of what a great company should be.

      Cons

      Leadership below CEO is dysfunctional, especially the SE leadership team. Its more of a who you know versus what you know. They also react to what sales leadership wants instead of trying to find equal partnership.
