      They need to transition to the next stage and need the right folks to make it happen. Draconian in office requirements. Lots of babysitting. Unprofessional and immature salesforce.

      It's good. It wants to be better.

      Cons

      Developer velocity & tooling are weak points. The number of horizontal efforts and company-wide priorities makes it difficult to make progress sometimes. Performance ratings and leveling are documented well on paper but not in practice. There is a wide range of performance, quality, and skills in managers even within the same level. Leveling almost feels arbitrary.
