Pros

Great product for transforming data driven companies

Cons

Leadership has huge egos, horrible management especially in the Rockies, leaders we're always talking trash behind peoples backs, very conniving culture with heavy favoritism (among the men of the org)

Pros

great gym, free food days, cell phone reimbursement, great technology

Cons

Just another Silicon Valley club except it's filled with a bunch of Dell EMC, AppDynamics, and Oracle alums. I would look elsewhere if you're looking for any type of positive environment where they value you. However, if you're incredibly type-A OR you're connected to high level people through years of previous employment together, you'll do fine here!

Snowflake Sales Engineering Review

Pros

Innovative. Smart people. Product leadership is fantastic. Lots of new features pushed out on a regular basis.

Cons

Worst tech leadership in the business. They're not leaders, they're bosses. Highly condescending, abusive, and unqualified technical leadership. Micromanaged via Vivun. Never experienced the level of micromanagement as seen here. Tech leadership expects you to know every use case at any moment for all of your customers. Checking notes is a sign of weakness and you will be berated if you refer to notes. Having over 13 customers and having to know every detail of each use case, their owners, status, next steps in this fashion is nearly impossible if you manage large accounts. Tech leadership suggests you "make something up" when a customer asks you a question and you don't know the answer instead of deferring and getting back to them with an appropriate answer. Constant internal communications terrified of Databricks. Poor commission program for sales engineers. Overall the worst job experience. Highly negative culture.
