      -Strong brand in AppSec - Good people and culture, very few egos - Employees are well looked after

      Pros

      The salary is well above average, at least in my country. The field is good, I guess we will not be affected by the rise of AI.

      Cons

      Snyk got in a weird stage. It's no longer a start-up and tries to become an established company. It feels like the leadership is trying stuff, hoping for the best, but not really thinking how it will affect the employees. Lots of talented people left with the hybrid work model.

      Pros

      The team(s) at Snyk were the best I've ever worked with. Great people who are always ready to collaborate, encourage, and support. The technologies were best-in-class, and the vision for where the company needed to go was innovative and industry-leading. The Engineering teams were consistently producing what was promised.

      Cons

      Despite "recharge" days where the whole company was off (which I loved), the workload and pressure were overwhelming. This is probably true for most companies today, with the challenges of AI and the demands for productivity.
