Pros
* Great product/platform, the clear disruptor/innovator of its market space.
* Very healthy company culture: no/little politics, no/little barriers, openness, diversity, anyone can reach out to anyone, anyone can be heard.
* Lots of options for professional development/growth (many teams/departments which are constantly growing so opportunities open frequently).
* The company has a very strong recruitment team/approach with a good and consistent track record of hiring the best talent they can.
* Depends on the team/manager I guess but I get 0 micro management, I get a feeling of trust from my managers, I get total freedom to manage my time and tasks.
* Very stable company (thanks to funding and large customer base). A good place to be at in these unpredictable times.
Cons
* (I guess it's a problem of every hyper growing SaaS start up) the speed and intensity of growth can be painful and very challenging. Plans/structures change every quarter or 2 and you need to be very adaptive and flexible in your mindset to survive and thrive in these conditions.
* (probably another problem of every hyper growing start up) there is significant tech debt and a constant conflict between closing that debt (improving existing products/features, addressing existing customers' needs) and investing in growth - building more products/features/bells and whistles.
