      Great Team: Snyk's team is made up of really capable people who deeply care about both each other and Snyk's users, want to make a difference individually and as a company, and are open and (respectfully) direct. The result is a place you really enjoy working at, alongside growing personally. Strong Mission: Snyk aims to fix open source security, an existential need for future software development, and does so both through community & foundation work and by building enterprise products Great Business: The right product in a great market (a dev focused solution for using open source securely), backed by great investors (Accel & GV). Great users: hundreds of thousands of online users, plus amazing enterprise customers ranging from the likes of Netflix, Facebook and New Relic to banks and insurance companies.

      Cons

      Snyk is a fast pace environment, and the team is driven and passionate about our mission. We care deeply about work/life balance, but the time you're in the office is very engaged.

      * The people are friendly. they are smart and open minded. really try to help each other, without any ego. * Management is super supportive. * The company is growing fast. * Work is challenging and very interesting.

      Cons

      Everything is moving fast, as it happens in startups. Can be challenging. But the management is understands that and gives the time and help needed.
