      Pros

      Incredible and open leadership. Smooth onboarding process, feel set up for success. Currently still ramping, feel like I'm properly supported. Money is fine, but you'll need to prove yourself first to get good promotions, path is clear to climb the ladder.

      Cons

      So far, none. I'm not super experienced in the corporate world, but I like the people and the product is great, easy to sell (comparatively).

      Pros

      -Incredible product -Great support and collaboration from all departments -Very strong communication / culture even though globally dispersed team -Room to grow and contribute at a massive level

      Cons

      -Still in start up mode so you may not have the resources you're used to at a large company - you will have to be innovative and take on projects you want to get done

      Great colleagues, decent benefits, access to interesting tools

      Cons

      Constant turnover and changing priorities makes it hard to keep up any momentum. Cyclical layoffs becoming the norm. Culture completely in the gutter. One exec running most of the business.
