      Pros

      The earlier, bread and butter, products still have potential. Many large enterprise customers still exist and small deals continue to be won. Money is great if you end up in a good territory. Nice offices but are no longer very flexible about remote work. Snyk is VERY good for companies with the right tech stack but many of those folks have already purchased.

      Cons

      Being an SDR can be good, but do not plan on making a career out of it. Echoing many reviews, the territories are all very random and you may just be set up to fail & the company won't hesitate to cut you loose. At the enterprise level, Snyk is becoming less & less popular, so breaking through that point in the SDR journey is VERY rare. They do not really promote SDR to AE internally despite what is advertised.

While I appreciate that you believed in our products and business opportunities, both enterprise and small, I am sorry to hear that you no longer felt supported in flexibility, and in your workload and growth.       Pros

      Smart folks. You’ll learn a lot if you’re unfamiliar with the space. Remote. Pay is good. Overall great product.

      Cons

      It’s an echo chamber. Everyone is saying the same thing. And they’re all fighting for visibility to see who said it best. Slack usage from the depths of hell. Questionable behavior from management. Even more questionable promotions. All of the “diversity” is in the SMB team. Anxiety inducing. Lot of technical debt & competing roadmap priorities.

      Pros

      It's an excellent market to sell into; however very competitive, and competition is catching up. Base pay is excellent & benefits are decent.

      Cons

      - Micromanagers - Slack usage from hell - No Work-life balance - Quotas are too high - Gaps in operation and systems, ego getting in the way to make changes - Anxiety and Stress to the roof, but no one at Snyk cares or sees if you're doing okay - No interest in honest feedback or where you want to go in your career
