Leadership bullies account level employees No transparency between management and teams Commission often paid out incorrectly You’re only a number Directors like to remind employees how replaceable they are 10+ hour work days People are hired and fired in parallel Horrible culture unless you live in Boston and go into the office

it took me a while

Pros

for the longest while I thought places like Snyk didn't exist. I worked in many places, managers were chronic and none of them live up to their promises of culture and values. it's different here though, I love what I do and the people around me. never had a team of such genuine and supportive folk. everyday feels like a proper group effort. respect to my team for caring so much and to the support leaders for building something special.

hard parts would be learning our products. a lot to know and understand. with so many supportive folks around to help me, it's all good.

Flexible work and a solid product

Cons

-Both management and marketing are out of touch with the sales team in the field oftentimes hindering performance rather than elevating it. -Messy promotional paths, haven’t seen a lot of internal promotions. -Constant changes in expectations including Quota, territories, and pay plans. -Clear favorites based on if you work at company HQ or not.
