- Incredible success in growth and building this new category - Experienced leadership team

Cons

- The leadership has had to make some tough decisions around departures - these are happening all over the board and not unique to Snyk. However, the nature of the communications, the decision-making and execution around this demonstrate that there's an opportunity for growth in the role that Snyk leadership, particularly the People team, want to play in building a culture of trust and strength.

Pros

Snyk has a wonderful culture and product, but like most tech companies, they hire great talent to drive growth. The growth slows, then they have to scale back and fire a bunch of people to free up cash.

Cons

I joined through an acquisition, so the transition to the overall team was not very smooth. Ultimately it was a talent acquisition, but that's the way the you expand the product line these days.
