Pros

- Snyk is a very successful startup that develops good products for SW developers - Very modern and open minded. Allows you to work remotely and follows best industry practices when it comes to SW development. - Developing for other developers has a lot of advantages - Interviews were much better than what I had in other places

Cons

- The rapid growth leads to frequent organizational changes - Has bias towards TypeScript and Go, which might not be good for a company that can benefit from having people with diverse familiarity of stacks
