      Pros

      Easy work, laid back, able to go months without doing anything. If you want to coast through your career and get paid pretty well, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Boring, will work on projects for years then they will just scrap it. Will do things the hard, laborious way, just to show higher ups it takes a long time to do things. Managers don't know how to manage. Excruciating work if you actually want to feel like you do something for a career.

      Pros

      Easy going, laid back company. Not a lot of stress. Lots of opportunities to explore your career and learn new trades. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Very redundant work. Too much politics in the work place. Promotions are not justifiable - title and pay are not appropriate for the position responsibilities. Financial model does not make any sense. Many projects outsourced. More employees than necessary for projects.

      Pros

      They try, they really do try to be an excellent company -all the groundwork for excellence is at play and they offer a good pension plan.

      Cons

      They ultimately fail at being excellent or even at being "C+ good". There is a corporate culture of entitlement: watch your back; mommy I'll get the belt &/or it's my turn and who cares if I am not the best. There is intense finger pointing. Key point of note: if one is good at what one does -watch out you will feel the envy of others and you will be thrown under the bus -the prior mentioned is spoken of openly through out entire the company.
