      Pros

      There is a strong sense of camaraderie within HR, and members of leadership are simultaneously inspiring and accessible. I also love that as an employee of SoCalGas, you have the stability of working for a utilities company, along with the excitement of working for for an innovative energy company! The pay is great too!

      Cons

      The hybrid work schedule in-office days can be very tough if you live far from Los Angeles.

      Pros

      Great for people who don't want to work that hard. Decent salaries.

      Cons

      Corrupt toxic culture. Raises and promotions don't go to hardest working effective smart people, they go to whoever sucks up the most and sr management likes. Sure that's the case in lots of places but worse than usual here. Many people have worked there their whole lives so they don't even know what's normal
