Pros

Everyone here works really hard, but also takes time to recharge at lunch and afterhours. You will not a call/ping after hours! It is encouraged to rest/recharge each day. A variety of Employee Resource Groups to join, they have one specifically for women that offers mentor circles for field/professional women. I also enjoy a hybrid work model that allows me to work from home and be available for pet care 3 days a week!

Cons

I love it here-NOTHING negative.

Good job.

Pros

Good pay, great peers you really feel like a part of a family, the work environment is usually good unless you work in a location with bad leads. Benefits are good, pension, get to take your truck home if requested, get a raise every year, and a lot of overtime. ETRs are the face of the company so there's a lot of appreciation.

Cons

Very gossipy, ETR position has a lot of liability the retention rate is bad for this position. Training is stressful you have to stop your life for this job to get in and if you fail training they fire you. This is a very good dead-end job. not much room for growth unless you do management and then your no longer represented by the union. Best way to move up and stay represented is to move departments. The customer service positions to move up have a waitlist usually of 5 plus years. you get a raise every year for inflation but it doesn't keep up with inflation.
