Pros

Pay is competitive and have plenty of career opportunities.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with Employees. Hybrid schedule is a joke with only 2 days out of the week WFH. Upper management doesn't seem to care about its Employees and what would make work more enjoyable and productive. Coming 3 times a week to the office and just to have online Teams meetings. Want us to use sick time time, even though they say to stay home if we have symptoms. I'm saying upper management is really out of tune with its employees. They say work life balance and metal health is a big issue in Socal gas, but they still want us not to work home which makes our mental health, work/life balance worse.

Pros

Senior management identifies high performers and gives you the opportunity to self direct your projects. They do not micromanage. This does require measurable positive performance. High level of trust among employees. Team building events are encouraged and a work highlight.

Cons

When you decide how many hours are required to exceed expectations, the work schedule extends into typical free time. Comp time granted to compensate. Not a place for low performers or those needed lots of work direction.
