Interesting projects. Good place to work during initial phase of career. Provides time to improve technical skills. No layoffs.

Pros

BEST place to start career in VLSI Industry Good Hikes (Though initial package is very less, after working for 7 to 8 years @ soctronics, packages here would be equivalent to product based companies) After working at soctronics, people can work at another company with ease and perfection There is huge growth in the company from past one year Definite professional growth to a very huge extend

Cons

HR and finance department don't even behave as professionals Not at all employee friendly Late and Leave form submissions (Though an employee works until late nights, they must come and sign the register by 9:00 AM) For the people working on-site the appraisals are done in the most unreasonable and unacceptable way No Internet facility for the employees* Strict rules (stationary, not allowing bags....... so on) 3 lacs bond(for 3 years) for freshers is gruesome
