Good for freshers with no other options in hand and interested in semiconductor industry
Pros
1. U will learn a lot at the cost of your time , as a fresher 2. Good opportunity to get into semiconductor industry , if you are not from a premier college in Btech or if you dont have really good GATE score or if you are not planning to go abroad for higher studies with good GRE score. 3. If you can tolerate all odds in the company , you can grow well .But usually very few does it . 4. Lunch and snacks are provided by company at nominal price .
Cons
1. You need to put bond for 3 yrs worth 3 Lakh rupiees . 2. No salary in training and very less salaries in bond period . 3. No work life balance and bad employee treatment . 4. Most of the employees are telugu speaking . no heterogeneous composition of employees very less personal growth as no personal time . 5. Strict working hours . 6. Not the best place for experienced engineers and students from premier colleges .
