Salaries are less than 50% of the Market. No work life balance. No senior engineer more than 5yrs, technical strong persons leaves the company. Most of the leads are with just of 2yrs of experience. Treatment of employees as slaves. 24/7 work. If you are working good then give more work to you and increases the work load, ignores the employees if they don't work, but gives same salaries for both. Bond with 5L with 3-4yrs bond based on qualification, and you will get less than 5L package in first 2yrs. Work is same for all qualifications. Too much of politics from top to bottom, shows partiality. HR team was worst. Just your an use and through machine. They treat very good during project work, they will forget all things in apparisal discussions.

HR and finance department don't even behave as professionals Not at all employee friendly Late and Leave form submissions (Though an employee works until late nights, they must come and sign the register by 9:00 AM) For the people working on-site the appraisals are done in the most unreasonable and unacceptable way No Internet facility for the employees* Strict rules (stationary, not allowing bags....... so on) 3 lacs bond(for 3 years) for freshers is gruesome
