Good work environment but low pay and poor infrastructure

Pros

No workplace politics. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Great job security (They never fire anyone). Plenty of opportunity to learn. Company provides lunch at a monthly charge of Rs 500. Food is ok and you can eat as much as you want. In case ou're staying late, dinner is also provided free of cost. If you're working on weekends lunch/dinner is provided free of cost. Evening snacks are also provided. With new people at the helm of HR affairs, things are looking up in this department. Special thanks to Sandhya.

Cons

Primitive IT policies. Low pay compared to industry standards. As company is not listed in the stock market no stock options for employees. Insufficient recreational facilities for employees. No canteen facility in case you want to grab some snacks anytime.

Pros

1. Near to bus stop. 2. They will provide lunch and dinner unlimited daily.(even on weekends) 3. Soctonics has AMD-ODC. So we can learn advanced flows. 4. Few people are highly talented and are helpfull. 5. Scripting skills can be improved.

Cons

1. Disgusting rules like , if you are late , get a late form and get signed with your manager to not to consider it as leave. 2. Though your work is good (you meet very tight work targets), your breaks and your working hour maintanence will matter in your appriasal. 3. Very high politics. 4. This is not a environment friendly company. 5. Even your leads are not technically better than you. 6. Very less resources, hence less experienced candidates are made leads and guided in wrong way. 7. freshers are slaves for them. (attitude wise and work wise) 8. no respect for senior engineers. 9. Freshers are not guided properly.

Soctronics or Invecas (all sister concern companies) - work culture doesn't matter

Pros

None - only people who are desperate in need of a job should join.

Cons

With a pathetic work culture, I cannot recommend this company to anyone I know. Few teams just enjoy and work in their own timings, while the others are dumped with work and keep slogging. Fresher's are SLAVES, with a bond of 3 lakhs for 3 years - don't be fooled and trapped. Join after careful analysis only. There is no meaning to team work. Only people who are in need of a job should join this company. No benefits, HR and management is the same for vedaiit, Invecas and soctronics. Beware before you step into this dragon.
