      Continued Personnel Mismanagement

      Has gone public so stock can be sold.

      Cons

      Company continues to face personnel issues and mismanagement. Teams are constantly being reorganized and I personally had one year where my team had moved around to 4 different managers. Moreover the financial and larger economic conditions have not been good, leading to recent company wide layoffs.

      Management- You will either thrive or fail depending on if your manager likes you or not. Alot of management is fake and pretend to be on your side but will throw you under the bus at any moment. Growth- they promise growth and all these opportunities but it's just a smoke screen to make it seem like you have an opportunity so you stay. Management Fake values- At the end of they day they are a corporate bank. You will always be just another number to them no matter how much they throw around and showcase their values. Prime example is the recent layoffs that happened. No warning and no real empathy given. The leader on the zoom was reading a script and they cut off access within minutes without any management reach out. Training -Complete mess and have trainers who have not even done the actual job they are training on. So if you like being thrown it to fully do your job with a fraction of the knowledge needed to do it. This would be for you. This company used to care but unfortunately you are just a number. The other reviews about management are spot on.

They are creating a thoughtful and comprehensive curriculum to meet managers where they are at so they can lead thriving teams. We're sorry to hear you feel our values are not genuine, we have been very intentional about weaving our values into everything we do - from our onboarding programs, to our value of the month programming, to our performance process, and our recognition tool.
