We are obviously biased but believe we have the most comprehensive product suite in the industry - because we are always thinking how we can better serve our Members. So glad to hear you feel our pay is competitive. We hear you on the pace - the rate we move (at SoFi, and the industry itself) does sometimes feel like a double-edged sword, but we are happy to hear you are still able to find the work/life balance that works for you. Great benefits that exceeded past just insurance.

Cons

Management was not open to feedback. High level engineers had code egos.

We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback - it's the only way we will continue to improve and achieve our ambitions of becoming a 'best place to work' caliber company. We're happy to hear you felt our benefits were competitive. That said, most of your comments around feedback are troubling to hear and are not indicative of the culture we are trying to build. The top priority for our new Learning and Development team is Manager Excellence, and part of the manager curriculum we're developing is to create trainings and resources so managers know how to build a culture of feedback on their teams. We know that having an amazing culture starts with our leaders, and we're committed to giving them the tools, training, and resources so they can best support their teams. They go by metrics doesn’t matter if you’re trying your best if you don’t meet they get rid of you .

Cons

You barely talk to customers unless they are missing documents .
