Pros

Company provides excellent compensation and benefits for its employees. You learn a lot working there. Company provides ways for you to provide them feedback. From when I started to when I finished things improved a lot in that direction. The people I worked with were top notch. I appreciate it more now that I have not worked there for a year and a half.

Cons

Sometimes upper management has been out of touch with those on the front line. Changes were made when starting to go public that made it seem like management was changing. Not sure if those stuck.
