      DEI - the company lives and breathes it, and you can see it through all levels of leadership Great employee benefits package with great parental leave, mental health and PTO. Positive culture where people are all passionate and driven Leadership is competent and if someone isn’t great they don’t last long The company actually actions feedback Great internal mobility and project opportunities to get experience in other areas if you want to switch careers
