      Career growth, FINRA licensing opportunities, the startup/growth environment makes adaptability to change a must

      Cons

      Things rapidly change, and operations reps often feel the growing pains the most (can be both a pro and a con at the same time), cross-dept. communication and collaboration could be vastly improved, difficult to change schedule once you're set in a shift

      SoFridays - No expectation to be online after 2PM on Fridays, deligently followed by leaders. Most people and teams are willing to help and work with each other

      Cons

      Getting information/data can be painful or impossible - simply because it was not documented and people left.

      Mission Driven and Transparent

      Pros

      Easy access to leadership and direction the company is going. Room for growth and real responsibilities that make a difference. Morale is high within the company and it feels like a place people enjoy working at.

      Cons

      Many teams run lean and there is a lot to do. This is a place for ambitious people that like to do meaningful work. Could be tough for a person used to huge corporate structure and monotonous work from week to week.
