      Fast paced with many growing pains

      * Lots of new expertise * Plenty of great people to work with * Still small enough to not have too much bureaucracy * Noto is an amazing leader

      Cons

      * Many new people come from large corps like Amazon * The wrong team will cause you to burn out fast * Starting to feel very "coprorate"
