Pros

Tons of opportunity for growth and development Great compensation and benefits (flexible PTO that really is flexible and generous and not an excuse to give us less, 100% family health insurance paid on HDHP) Our CEO (Anthony Noto) is extremely passionate about SoFi and really knows our business and is making SoFi into a great company. We're always innovating, launching new products, no day is dull or boring, really. I've worked for SoFi for over 6 years and whilst every career has its ups and down SoFi have been an incredible employer for me. They have supported me in multiple changes in career path and I still come into work with as much excitement, anticipation and opportunity to make a difference as 6 years ago.

Cons

Being a public company and being in application for a bank charter means there is more process, and less information can be shared internally than in early years but nothing that is unique to SoFi. Some benefits such has health insurance have reduced a little in the last few years but is still way ahead of market. No 401k match.

First off - WOW - thank you for the 6+ years you have dedicated to working at SoFi! We know everyone is super busy right now, so we sincerely appreciate that you've taken the time to leave such a comprehensive review of your time here. We're very happy to hear your experience has been overall positive, and that you feel our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and that they meet your needs. We agree that no two days are the same here at SoFi, and this type of environment creates a really dynamic, challenging, and rewarding experience for our employees. You're right - as we continue to grow, we will introduce more processes so we can scale our organization efficiently. That said, we will always encourage our employees to question the status quo, to think up new and innovative ways to do things...so our processes will continue to evolve. We hear you on 401k match - please continue to bring this up so our Benefits team knows it is top of mind for our employees. Thanks again for being on this journey with us, and take care!
