Pros

Work remotely lunch card allowance Great stepping stone for MLO's to just get your foot in the door.

Cons

Changed compensation plan 2 times in the past year for the worst. No transparency. Too many barricades to do your daily job functions. Management admits that processing is purposely not working files due to a transition to guaranteed rate. Too many to list.

We frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance. Additionally, we realize cross-team communication is an area of improvement - our most recent employee survey data showed that this is top of mind for many of our employees. Pros

SoFi treats their employees very well, they celebrate birthdays, holidays, and employee appreciation. The pay is good. They have weekly team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page with changes or updates.

Cons

When there were issues, there were no direct answers on how to solve them because the product was new. They focus too much on customer surveys and not work ethic.

building copycat feature MVPs without further improvements and ignoring tech debt.
