Pros

There is a strong culture of ownership, and you're expected to own the end-to-end process; from framing the problem statement, collecting data, building and shipping the solution, and communicating the impact. Leadership values data-driven decision making. We also move fast, iterate solution based on user feedback quickly, and team leaders trust you to operate independently; so you'll get a lot of autonomy. This is a great place to grow if you enjoy ownership, responsibility, and continuous learning.

Cons

Because we move quickly, priorities can shift and requirements can be somewhat vague initially.
